I just finished this one of some bluejays. It was fun to do. We don't see too many of these in So Cal, so this brought back some childhood memories.

Happy New Year everyone. Well, as I start 2010, I hope to find new creativity and paint better than ever. I think our painting and talent evolve together as will grow with our knowledge and desire to put our feelings on paper. It is that desire that feed us. Here is a painting I finished last year. It brought back memories of playing dolls with my sisters, and is was a joy to paint. Life just seemed simpler then.
